When you purchase the Foundation Course, Updates Subscription, or Pro Access, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user license to stream curriculum video lessons and access downloadable templates.

• Account credentials may not be shared, resold, pooled, or distributed across multiple individuals.
• Concurrent streaming or abusive multi-IP logins may result in automated account suspension without refund.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All video tutorials, sound design frameworks, prompt packs, cinematic scripts, and custom AI editing workflows provided on this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Alino Aman. Unauthorized reproduction, screen-recording, ripping, or torrent distribution is strictly prohibited under international copyright law.

3. Commercial Use of Student Output

You own 100% of the commercial rights to the videos, ads, and visual assets you create using the techniques taught in this course. You are free to monetize your work with clients, brands, and social platforms.

4. Pricing & Recurring Subscriptions

Course fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Subscription plans (Updates ₹499/month, Pro ₹799/month) provide continuous access to weekly newly dropped workflows and live community updates as long as the subscription remains active.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our strategies are designed to produce professional video results, your individual success depends on your dedication, creativity, and market execution. We make no guarantees of specific view counts or revenue figures.
