Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for enrolling in the Alino Aman AI Masterclass. Because our course contains proprietary downloadable prompt frameworks, asset packs, and immediate un-gated digital video access, please review our refund guidelines carefully.

1. Digital Products Nature

Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-returnable nature of online video masterclasses and prompt libraries, all sales of the Foundation Course (₹299) and one-time enrollment passes are generally final once video streaming access has been granted.

2. Subscription Cancellations (Updates & Pro Plans)

For recurring subscriptions (₹499/month Updates and ₹799/month Pro):

• You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through your student profile or by contacting support.
• Cancellation stops all subsequent monthly renewals immediately. You will retain full access until the end of your prepaid billing period.
• Past subscription periods that have already been billed are non-refundable.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you were charged twice due to a payment gateway glitch or network timeout, please email your Razorpay Payment ID to support@alinoaman.com within 48 hours. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. 1-on-1 Consultation Bookings

Mentorship calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
